Kristin Wilkerson, LCSW-C
Kristin offers a comfortable, safe, and unbiased space grounded in a strengths-based, trauma-informed approach.
She utilizes a range of modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and person-centered techniques, to empower growth and promote healing.
Kristin has training in trauma-informed CBT and EMDR, with experience supporting clients navigating ADHD, depression, anxiety, ODD, BPD, bipolar disorder, divorce, parenting challenges, and more.
As a certified reiki master, Kristin also incorporates alternative healing practices such as meditation and energy work to support healing of the mind, body, and spirit. Reiki can be a valuable part of your healing journey.

As your therapist, we will work together to identify the best psychotherapy approach for you through building an established relationship. When previously working in therapy, the modalities that I enjoyed working with the most and found most beneficial for clients were. Cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT), and object relations therapy.
Personally, I enjoy cooking, riding my bike on a hot sunny day, or reading a book. I am local to the eastern shore of Maryland. I graduated from Salisbury University with my bachelor's and master’s degrees in social work and have been practicing as a licensed master’s social worker since 2021. I look forward to learning about each other and working towards your goals.
